The Potter's Daughters Cafe continues the legacy of the Bentonville Stone Mill Cafe while becoming its own distinct brand and mission-driven dining experience. The cafe will continue serving Stone Mill bread and familiar favorites while introducing a new purpose behind the business.
The nonprofit focuses on women who have completed other programs but still need individualized support, stable employment, financial guidance, and safe long-term housing options. The cafe provides one of the first employment pathways in that larger mission.
The Potter's Daughters Cafe is a for-profit business operating for the benefit of the Potter’s Daughters nonprofit. The nonprofit contracts with the cafe for vocational training and reentry services. The cafe also gives 100% of its net profit back to the nonprofit.
The name "Potter’s Daughters" reflects the cafe’s deeper mission: to create a supportive workplace where women can gain job experience, build confidence, and take meaningful next steps toward independence.
